- The room prices (double rooms and single rooms) are per person/overnight stay including breakfast, for a minimum stay of 4 nights. A surcharge of €10.00 will be added to the B&B price per person/night for stays of less than 3 nights!
- For children up to 2.99 years of age, a flat rate of € 30.00 per night will be charged. For children from 3 to 6.99 years an overnight stay in the parents' room costs € 40.00, and `from` 7 to 14 years: € 50.00.
- A surcharge of € 70.00 per person/night applies for each additional adult.
- The room tax is € 2.80 per person/day, `from` the age of 14.
- In `order` to finalise your booking, please send us the credit card details of a valid credit card (except American Express) stating the number, holder and due date. Alternatively, we ask you to transfer a deposit (via bank transfer) of 30% of the total amount booked with the subject: ‘Deposit + name of guest + period of booking’. Here are our bank details!
- Cancellation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Except for verifiable valid reasons.
- The deposit can be credited for the next stay in the event of cancellation and is non-refundable. In the event of late arrival or early departure, the full amount of the overnight stay will be charged.
- Pets are not allowed in the entire structure. Smoking is prohibited in the facilities!
- The rooms are ready for occupancy `from` 3 pm. Late check-in: Only possible on request!
- Check-in: 15:00 to 18:00
- Check-Out: 8:00 am to 10:00 am
- Billing on arrival or the day before until 6 pm before departure
- We accept cash up to €4,999.99, EC, Visa, Eurocard or Mastercard for final payment.
